The Beeches is located on the outskirts of Hayle, near St Michaels Hospital just a few miles from St Ives and six miles from Penzance.

The A30 is only a few minutes away giving easy access to the rest of Cornwall, Devon and the M5. There is a local railway station at Hayle and St Erth which also has regular local and national bus links.

The local town of Hayle is less than a mile away and has several shops, a Post Office, Doctors surgeries, pharmacies, Churches, pubs and restaurants providing a variety of menus. There are many local clubs and societies and the W.I.

The Beeches also has its own transport arrangements for regular local trips and transporting residents to various clinics or medical appointments
